• Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you informed.


2. Shipping and Delivery Timelines (India)

• We currently ship within India.

• Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

Metro cities: 3–6 business days
Non-metro locations: 4–9 business days

Actual delivery time may vary based on your location, courier partner, and external factors such as weather, strikes, or regulatory checks.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions subject to specific terms and conditions.


4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable).

• You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment on the courier partner’s website.


5. Delays and Force Majeure

• While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays can sometimes occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, routing issues).

• Saadhak is not liable for such delays, but we will support you in coordinating with the courier to the best of our ability.


6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-acceptance, we may:

• Reship the order after collecting additional shipping charges, or

• Offer a refund after deducting two-way shipping and handling charges (for prepaid orders), as per our Return & Refund Policy.


7. Shipping Coverage

• If we are unable to deliver to your pin code for any reason, we will contact you for an alternative solution or process a refund for your order.
