Refund policy
1. General Guidelines
• Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging, subject to the conditions below.
• Certain items (e.g., customized, energized, or used spiritual products) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Return Eligibility (Unused / Unworn Items)
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• All tags, packaging, pouches/boxes, and any certificates (if applicable) must be intact and returned.
• The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.
Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or bead size may occur, as many of our products are made from natural materials. These are not considered defects.
3. Hygiene and Spiritual Integrity for Wearable Items
• Malas, bracelets, and other wearable spiritual items come into close contact with the body and are often used in personal spiritual practices.
• For hygiene and spiritual integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of items that appear worn, used, altered, washed, or energized by the customer (e.g., used in rituals, pooja, or meditation practices).
• To maintain hygiene and product integrity, returns may not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
• A physically damaged item,
• A defective item, or
• A different product than what you ordered,
please follow these steps:
- Record an unboxing video and photos clearly showing the package condition and the product as received.
- Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order ID, description of the issue, and the unboxing video/photos.
- Once we verify the issue, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as:
• Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
• Full refund to your original payment method, or
• Store credit of equivalent value.
We may arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back. Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified damage/defect on arrival:
• Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., custom sizes, custom combinations).
• Products that have been energized, blessed, or ritually activated as per customer request.
• Items used in any form (including for meditation, rituals, or pooja) after delivery.
• Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or similar on the product page.
• Gift cards, vouchers, or digital downloads (if any).
6. Return Process
- Email or message us with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos/video (if applicable).
- After initial review, we will confirm if the product is eligible for return and share instructions.
- We may:
• Arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner, or
• Ask you to ship the product to our return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you whether your return has been approved.
7. Refunds (if applicable)
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) within approximately [7–10 business days] from the date of approval, subject to your bank/payment provider’s processing timelines.
• For Cash on Delivery (if available), refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as communicated to you.
• In cases of customer-initiated returns (change of mind, incorrect size selection, etc.), shipping charges and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund as per the policy shown at checkout, in line with common e-commerce practices.
• In cases where the product was defective/damaged/incorrect due to our error, we will generally bear the shipping charges for return or replacement.
8. Exchanges
• Exchanges may be offered for size, color, or product variation, subject to stock availability and inspection of the returned item.
• Exchange shipping charges (both ways) may apply for customer-choice exchanges and will be communicated at the time of request.
9. Order Cancellation
• Orders can typically be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.
• Once an order is shipped, it may be treated as a return instead of a cancellation, and the Return & Refund Policy will apply.
